The Burr Ridge Community Center is available for private rental for households residing within the corporate boundaries of the Burr Ridge Park District whom pay property taxes to the Burr Ridge Park District. The Community Center is not available for private rental for individuals residing outside the Park District boundaries. Interested residents should review closely rates and regulations for the BRCC rental prior to application.
By applying for rental, the resident agrees to the following conditions. If the address/name of the applicant is not already within the Park District database, proof of residency will be required. The applicant will be the point of contact for all communications, set-up requests, payments, and will be expected to attend the rental for its duration and serve as liaison to Park District staff during the time of occupancy.
Rental opportunities for the District's baseball and soccer fields are limited to resident groups and teams at the current time. A resident group or team is defined as the roster of players containing at least 50% of the total number having permanent residence within the corporate boundaries of the Burr Ridge Park District. Picnic Shelters at Oak Grove and Harvester Parks are not available for rental in 2021. Groups larger than 15 individuals are prohibited from gathering at these facilities.
